Roxy Girl Treats began in 2022 as a family-owned shaved ice truck inspired by our beloved rescue dog, Roxy. What started as a fun way to bring smiles to local events quickly grew into something much bigger. Through festivals, community gatherings, sporting events, and celebrations across the Charleston area, we discovered that our favorite part of the business was creating special treats and memorable experiences for our customers.

As the business grew, so did our passion for baking. We began offering homemade cookies alongside our shaved ice, and before long, the cookies became one of our most requested items. Customers kept coming back for our fresh-baked treats, especially our signature chocolate chip cookies.

Today, Roxy Girl Treats has evolved into a specialty cookie bakery focused on creating handcrafted cookies in small batches using premium ingredients. Every batch is baked with care, from our classic favorites to seasonal creations.

We remain a proud veteran-owned family business based in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. While our shaved ice truck helped us build the foundation of our business, our focus is now on sharing the cookies that have become the heart of Roxy Girl Treats.

Most importantly, we continue to honor the spirit of Roxy, the sweet rescue dog who inspired it all. Her joy, loyalty, and love for treats remain at the center of everything we do.
